How accurate is the Instant Estimator calculation?

Are travel expenses included for Hamilton, Waikato, and Auckland?
Hamilton and greater Waikato locations carry zero travel fees. Auckland Metro operations incur a nominal $150 travel surcharge to cover regional transport and logistics.
What commercial licensing rights are included?
All photography and video assets delivered by Macroview include perpetual commercial licensing usage rights across digital media, social media, PR, and internal collateral with no recurring royalties. Extended broadcast licensing is available as an add-on.
What is the payment structure and deposit requirement?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve shoot dates on our production calendar, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of final retouched master assets. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month.
Are aerial drone operations CAA Part 102 certified?
Yes. Macroview operates under CAA Part 102 certification with full commercial public liability insurance, Airshare airspace authorizations, and certified UAV pilot compliance for controlled airspace operations across New Zealand.
